Cancellation Policy: 

•  12% of total booking payment enforced for cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the scheduled service

Distance Policies:

•  For drop ins and sitting only -  travel time greater than 25 minutes to booking will constitute an extra $5 charge

•  For overnight stays only - travel time greater than 40 minutes to booking will constitute an extra $20 charge to overall booking

Overnight Stay Policies:

• For overnight stays only, there is an extra $5 charge for each additional dog or animal

• 3 pm or later arrival time the first day and departure by 12 pm the final day - any additional time needed will constitute an extra $10 charge per hour

Holiday Policy:

• For holidays only, there is a $15 extra charge to the booking for that day
